Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce website that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT UCONSIGNEQUIP IS NOT A DEALERSHIP NOR OWNER OF ANY VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT LISTED FOR SALE ON OUR WEBSITE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY, SALES OR REPAIR SERVICES ON ANY LISTINGS SOLD THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. ALL TRANSACTIONS COMPLETED BY LEADS PROVIDED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE ARE COMPLETED BY INDIVIDUALS OR BUSINESSES CONSIDERED PRIVATE SELLERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY UCONSIGNEQUIP OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.

 UconsignEquip provides a consignment type selling service through our contracted selling agents to both the buyer and seller. This service is referred to as “TheyConsignIT”, where a UconsignEquip selling agent represents the seller through a contractual agreement. UconsignEquip is not the owner of any units listed on our website through our selling agent memberships that are identified by “Ucon-_____” followed by the name of a contracted selling agent or title of a company representative. The sale transaction between the buyer and seller is considered to be a private sale. Both the buyer and seller mutually agree to utilize this service provided by a selling agent who is contracted to UconsignEquip. Both the buyer and seller covenant to release UconsignEquip from any and all liability associated with the purchase, sale, inspection, and use of the unit sold through our TheyConsignIT service. In the unlikely event an item sold through our TheyConsignIT service is entirely mis-represented by a Ucon-Selling Agent in the listing, or photos, please contact us within one business day of receiving the item. Valid dispute claims will be handled in a mutually beneficial manner between the buyer and seller.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

UconsignEquip does not accept returns or refunds on any items purchased through listings posted on our website.  UconsignEquip’s website provides a free and/or paid package advertisement listing platform through our “UconsignIT” application, where owners post the units at their discretion through their membership with UconsignEquip.ca. These members are identified by a username displayed on the listing, and the members receive any and all requests made on our check out pages labelled; “buy now”, “make and offer” or “request information” through their email provided at the time they signed up to their membership with UconsignEquip. 

These buttons may provide links to other free tools provided by UconsignEquip like our “bill of sale” which is to be used at the buyer and seller’s discretion. These sales are not affiliated with UconsignEquip and both parties will not hold the company responsible for any missed information on a private transaction if they decide to utilize these tools. 

The Buyer understands that the sale is “as is, where is” and they are solely responsible to conduct due diligence on the condition and existence of the unit. The Parties will not hold UConsignEquip liable for any issues or problems relating to the provision of incorrect or incomplete information by any party of the transaction or listing.  

Payment Methods

In order to pay for your purchase made through UconsignEquip, it is UconsignEquip’s responsibility to provide you with UconsignEquip’s banking details. With these banking details, you are required to make full payment before picking up/shipping the unit.

Payment methods accepted are:

  • – Electronic funds transfer
  • – Wire transfer
  • – Bank drafts
  • – Interac e-transfers

Shipping

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for arranging transportation at their discretion. Which can be done through an application link on our website called “TrustedDispatch”. This link is directed to www.trusteddispatch.ca. Any users that decide to utilize this service must adhere to their terms and conditions and privacy policy which can be found on their website. 

UconsignEquip is not responsible or liable for any shipping costs, damages, or losses incurred through this service.
